IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs apply.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging

Returns must use the same shipping service as the original delivery

Returns must be sent to the return address provided after approval

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable

Hygiene products, including underwear and lingerie, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
Return Package Guidelines

Clearly mark the package as a return on the shipping form

Declare the total value of the returned items

Each return package may contain:

A maximum of 3 items, or
-
2 bulky items (e.g., coats or shoes)

This helps prevent damage during transit.
How to Return Your Order
To complete your return, email info@rosewoodco-boston.com with the following:

Order number

Reason for return

Tracking number

Clear photos of the item(s), showing:

Unworn and unwashed condition

Tags attached
-
Original packaging

⚠️ Returns sent without approval or without following these steps will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

Receipt of the return

Approval or rejection of your refund
Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Refunds (If Rejected)
If your return does not meet our conditions, the item will be shipped back to the original delivery address at no additional cost.
Returns will be rejected in the following cases:

Missing parts or damaged packaging

Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or wear

Hygiene items returned

Return initiated or received after 30 days
Refunds cannot be issued for packages sent to an incorrect return address.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Customs & Duties
We are not responsible for customs fees related to returned items.
If a return is delayed, lost, or held by customs, a refund cannot be issued.
Exchange Policy

One exchange is allowed within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs

The original item may be kept while the replacement is shipped

Shipping fees depend on courier, weight, and number of parcels
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Include photos/videos and your order number
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We offer replacement only—no refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, we will reship the missing item free of charge.
Refunds are not available for missing items.
Undeliverable Packages / Refused Delivery
In the following cases, a $15 USD fee per parcel will be deducted:

Package not collected from pickup point

Delivery refused
For multi-parcel orders, fees are calculated based on shipment size and weight.
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If you enter an incorrect shipping address:

We are not liable once the package is dispatched

No refunds will be issued

Returned packages can only be reshipped at the customer’s expense
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for actual return shipping costs.
Typical return costs:

Additional customs fees may apply ($15–$25 USD)
Costs vary based on courier and package weight.
