Shipping, Processing & Order Deadlines

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the same business day.

Order Processing Time:
1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Shipping Time:
7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to the customer.


Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping within the United States

  • Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via international courier partners and local US carriers

Carrier selection depends on destination and logistics availability.


Order Cancellation

We operate using a fully automated order fulfillment system. Orders are processed immediately after placement.

Once an order has been placed:

  • It cannot be changed

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be refunded before delivery

If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your email address is correct

  • Creating an account is optional but helps with tracking

Change of Address or Phone Number

If you need to update your shipping details:

Once an order has been placed and processed:

  • Address and phone number changes are not possible

  • You may request a return after delivery and place a new order


Order Cannot Be Tracked

If tracking information is unavailable or not updating:

  • Allow 1–4 business days for tracking to appear

  • Contact the courier directly for tracking-related issues

  • In rare cases, tracking may not update, but the order will still be delivered
